Vitrolife Group Annual report social media campaign

Corporate social media campaign

Vitrolife Group wanted to boost its presence on LinkedIn and Instagram, targeting investors, partners, and future employees. Key messages from the latest annual report were selected for 17 posts to be used throughout the year. We helped refine and write the headlines, adapt and create the visuals – to ensure the messaging worked effectively as social media posts.

Annual reports 2024 - XVIVO, Vitrolife Group, Surgical Science

Our clients’ annual reports are now all 1s and 0s.

In recent years, more and more listed companies have gone digital, and so have our clients. This year, nearly all our clients chose an interactive PDF with a 16:9 aspect ratio – providing optimised screen viewing.

Digital-first enables us to focus on an impactful design adapted completely for screen, using text sizes convenient to read on a variety of devices, including laptops and mobile phones. Thanks to interactive buttons, links and table of contents, navigating the report is straightforward. And because the total number of pages is no longer a restriction, even the most intricate notes and tables are easy to read and interpret.

Sales communication - VitroTemp product launch

Vitrolife was launching a new product, VitroTemp, and turned to Svalander Life to craft communication aimed at convincing IVF labs worldwide of its excellence. As we often do, we began with the base material provided by the product manager, which we analysed to further refine the messaging, strengthen the arguments, and enhance the visualisations.

It was a successful collaboration that took into account the target audience, key competitors, and how the value offerings could be expressed more impactfully. The result was used in an 8-page brochure, sales presentations, and on the corporate website.

The art of medtech
packaging material

Designing packaging materials for medtech can sometimes seem impossible. Designs must meet a range of requirements and comply with various restrictions on placement and sizing. At the same time, the user experience – from warehouse to customers – needs to be excellent, and the end result must look as structured as possible to convey quality. Perhaps that’s why so many packaging materials appear randomly put together and are difficult to interpret. But with experience and expertise, the outcome can be far better than that. At least, we think so – and so does our clients.

Scientific study
infographics

Complex made easy. To increase the likelihood that the target group, busy embryologists, are reached with this study that promotes an important product, Vitrolife asked us to turn the study into infographics.
